Doesn't work the shortcut Maiusc + Z to create new radial mask

I have a problem with the Shortcut Maiusc+Z that allow to create a new mask, it seems to doesn't work properly.

Often the shortcut doesn't work both when I try to create the first mask and when I try to create a new mask in a project that already have some mask.

The other shortcut M and K seem to work normally also when the Maiusc+Z doesn't work.

Moreover the Shortcut Maiusc+Alt+Z doesn't work properly.

I have this problem from the beginnig of the new mask panel.

My system is:
- Lightroom Classic 11.3.1
- Windows 11
- Keyboard layout Italian
