Can you share more details about the issue? Is this happening with every photo or just specific ones? What version of Lightroom Classic are you using? Could you share your System Info? You can find it under Help > System Info. Just copy the info to a text file and attach it to your response.

Hello Aleke.

It´s happening with all the photos. I'm using the last version of lightroom classic 14.1.

The only thing that I've done was change computer.

All the other things from Lightroom are working perfect!

Could you share your System Info? You can find it under Help > System Info. Just copy the info to a text file and attach it to your response.

Some people who have reported issues with facial recognition have mentioned that the problem was caused by their Lightroom path containing a special character, like "ä" or "é". If that's the case for you, can you check if reinstalling Lightroom to a different location and removing the temp files helps?
