Drag and drop from Photo Mechanic to LrC opens import grid with all files instead of those selected

Dragging and dropping selected files from Photo Mechanic to LrC opens an LrC import dialogue with a grid view of every file in the original folder. When I choose files in Photo Mechanic, I only want to see the files I have selected in the LrC import grid, not every unchecked file in the folder. For example, I choose two files in Photo Mechanic for editing in LrC, then all 400 files appear in an LrC dialogue box, with my two files checked. I only want to see the two files that were checked, not all 400. It did not always work this way. Previously, when I selected files in Photo Mechanic, only the files would appear in the LrC import dialogue. That’s what I want. I have gone through settings, videos, google, etc., trying to figure out what happened.
