Dual Monitor not working as expected

Howdy,

since some time I notice that the view on the second monitor does not open when lightroom classic is started (on Windows 11 Home with latest updates). In the configuration the correct monitor is selected and does not change across sessions.
I always have to press F11 to show up the second screen.

Earlier LR remembered that the second screen was open and reopened upon start.

Is this a bug or a feature now?
