dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe Running at 100%

I am not sure why, but my Lightroom runs super slow when I try to play videos for editing.  The dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe runs at 100% and the videos hardly play.  Anyone having a similar issue.  I am running an i7 system with an SSD and 32GB RAM.  What is happening.  It is really not even usable anymore.  Thanks for the help!

    Do you have installed the latest version of Lightroom?
