E-license accepted but not visible.

Hi All,

Today I purchased a new e-license from a reseller for 1 year of Adobe Photography Plan. I had 11 months left on my current license. The new license code has been accepted but there are still only 11 months left (the new license year has not been credited).

What can I do now? My new license seems to have totally disappeared.
