Je recois l'écran suivant en click sur Dévelopement: 

alors que mon abonnement LR est en ordre !!!

Make sure that you are signed in to your Adobe account.

If you are signed in, sign out, and then sign in again.

You can do this from within LrC (Help menu), or with the CC desktop app.
