Ediciones en negro app - "esperando ajustes" ( problemas de sincronizacion)

Buenas,  ayer pague por el premium de Lightroom Classic, la versión app para android, pero resulta que me figura que se cargaron todas las ediciones y tengo 1,7GB ocupado en la nube, pero sin embargo no puedo ver las fotos editadas que tenia antes de pagar premium, entro a la nube desde la PC y toda las fotos me dicen “error de procesamiento” sinceramente ya no se q hacer para recuperar el trabajo de 400fotos editadas desde hace 2 años

    Hey, ​@Federico.dmo. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've checked the account you're signed into the community with, and you currently have an active subscription.

     

    Have you used any other email address to sign in to Lightroom on your mobile before? You mentioned Lightroom Classic in your post. Lightroom Classic is desktop-only. Do you also use It on a desktop machine?

    Your subscription is very recent. Were you logged in to Lightroom mobile with a different email account? If you were logged in to a different email account, the data is stored offline only. Please do not uninstall the application in an attempt to find your previous work. 

     

    If you try to sign in to any other account and find the images you had before you subscribed, please export all the images as DNG or Original with edits. Once you’ve backed up your work from the other account, you can sign in to the account with an active subscription and import the images again.
