Edit in PS function not working as expected in LrC 11.3.1

The process hangs and the expected tiff is not opened automatically, PS 23.3.1 / ACR 14.3.

It appears Camera Raw needs an update.

I will have to go back to LrC 11.2.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling PS and that sorted out my problem.
