Edit settings not selected in Sync Settings are zereod out after syncing multiple photos.(Develop M)

I apply auto settings on import, I like to bump texture, contrast etc.. on all photos so I'll apply on first image and sync the rest. Photos in the beginning of the album sync fine, towards the middle and end the selected settings are applied and settings not selected are zerod out. See attached videos..(I paused recording while LR Pasted settings for time)

    You appear to not be syncing at all, just clicking on separate photos.

    Thanks for your response! I appologize for the cruddy videos, probably shouldn't have even uploaded video labled "2nd", was trying to show the randomness of the settings being syncd. I've attached a better video of the sync process. This time it only syncd the settings (properly) on the first 29 images..To clarify It syncs the chosen settings on ALL the images but it zeroed out the ones I did not select on all but the first 29!(This number is different everytime) I'm new to the community but have been using LR for over 10 years and have used the sync function a gazillion times..I started noticing this a month or so ago. Using the latest version of LR.
