Edited filter doesn't work

In my normal routine, i save my photos in PC and load to LR CC, then synchronize to LR.

 

Recently, some newly loaded, unedited raw files are marked as edited in LR, but still show unedited in LR CC. When I reset the editing in LR, they turn into edited in LR CC but unedited in LR.

This happen to other older folders as well, some unedited photo get filtered out wrongly in LR/LR CC.

 

Any solution to this or is this a bug?

    It will help to use Adobe’s confusing product names to clarify the steps you’re describing.

     

    By “LR CC”, do you mean “Lightroom Classic”?  

     

    And by “LR”, do you mean the Lightroom Cloud Ecosystem, with apps Lightroom Desktop, Lightroom Mobile, and Lightroom Web?

    Yes. LR CC = Lightroom Classic, LR = Lightroom Mobile app//Desktop.

    In mobile app, thousands of photos are marked as “edited”, but only ~20 are actually edited (correctly filtered out in Lightroom Classic)
