Email Photo - LrC v 11.4.1

I have been using successfully the email functionality "Email Photo" within LRC for some years.

However since LrC version 14.4, classic no longer sends email.

Email settings have not changed, validated account, on my own server, No third party SMTP, ie gmail

I no longer get the the task bar, top left hand corner showing the action of prepare an email, nor do I get send email splash screen.

I don't use an email client.
