Endless loop when logging into the account

Hello,
Today I installed my LR6 on a new notebook (the old one is dead). 
After logging in into the account and entering the serial number, I get into an endless loop 
in which I have to 
repeatedly enter my Adobe account, then an email with a code and that's it. 
LR6 doesn't open, every time I try this I have to log into the account again (infinite loop)

Hello,

I've tried everything now, sometimes LR6 works, sometimes it suddenly asks for activation or the Adobe account. 
Everything worked well on the old computer (Win10), registering with the existing serial number went smoothly, 
but here on the new Win11 computer I keep getting into an endless loop of logging into an account and entering a 
code sent by email. And this with every program call.
I will now (after many years) uninstall all my Adobe products and bye!
