Enhanced DNG creation stops at 80%

I am trying to use the new Super Enhance feature and every time I do it tit stops creating the enhanced dng file at about 80%. I have quite Lightroom and restarted, but no joy

Mac Pro 2013 16G RAM, Big Sur 11.4. Lightroom classic 10.3.

GPU acceleration enabled.

Hi, filters are off. No Stacks that I can see from the Photo/Stacks menu.

All very strange.

Update on this. Lightroom has actually created a number of enhanced DNG files (I tried a few times) and I can see them in Finder next to the original photo. It has increased the resolution of the photo. The enhanced photo is NOT appearing in my Library. Trying to import from Finder and LR Classic says it already exists. Rename the file and have manged to import now. Strange behaviour.
