'Enter Tablet Mode' can't check 'don't show again' and 'No'

This has been a bug for a few versions now. When transitioning from Tablet mode to Non-Tablet mode, I get a prompt asking 'Enter Tablet Mode'. I can select just 'No', but I can't check the option 'Don't Show Again' and then 'No'.
