Question

Epson P800 wont print in with Lightroom at proper size

I am using a PC Windows 10 and the latest version of  Lightroom CC, and an  Epson SureColor P800. It will print ok with 5X7, 8X10, 11X14, but when I try to go to a larger size like 17X22, the image will not print at the chosen size, but comes out as much smaller. I've tried doing everything I can think of to correct this, but nothing seems to work, and I'm wasting too much paper. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Go to your lightroom print settings...right side of screen and change your cell settings to match your paper size....17 x 22 is maxed out at something like 16.8 x 21.85...Approx..then you can check the zoom to fill button....

I have the same  problem.   It is only with the 17 x 25 paper printing from LR using an Epson P800.  It was set to print a single  16"x 19 3/4 " image and printed only the bottom quarter! Very weird. I can't find anything set wrong.

What exact version of Lightroom are you using? Is this something that just started happening? Have you been able to print 17 x 22 previously? Can you provide a screenshot of your Lightroom settings?

Thanks very much for the response. Did not just happen. I have been able to print some large size prints, but never know if they will come out the right size. Does not happen with smaller size prints. I'm printing with the custom package setting.

i'm using Lightroom 7.2

I suggest you change your setting from Custom Package to single image/contact sheet. Then you can adjust your borders more precisely. My printer will only print up to 13 x 19", and I use single image rather than custom package. Seems to work well for me.
