MEU LIGHTROOM PAROU DO NADA DE FUNCIONAR A REMOÇÃO DE IA GENERATIVA, EU TAVA USANDO EM UM PROJETO E QUANDO TERMINEI ELE E COMECEI OUTRO ELA PAROU, DANDO "FALHA, VERIFIQUE SUA CONEXÃO" EU REINICIEI TUDO, INTERNET, COMPUTADOR, ETC, DESATIVEI FIREWALL E NADA RESOLVE. TO COM TRABALHO URGENTE PRA FAZER E TA TRAVADO. 

ESSA IA DA ADOBE ALÉM DE PÉSSIMA, DÁ VÁRIOS ERROS E AINDA COMEÇARAM A COBRAR NO PHOTOSHOP COM CRÉDITOS, JÁ PAGAMOS UMA MENSALIDADE ABSURDA E AINDA COBRAM PELO USO DA IA

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the LrC Help > System Info menu item. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

Also, please post a full-resolution screenshot (not a phone pic) of the entire error message.

Hi @alessandrom37122710! Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about your trouble. Please share the version of Lightroom you're on as well as the version of your operating system.

 

In the meantime, you can try out these fixes to see if they help:

 

1) Make sure everything is updated to the latest versions from LrC to your OS to the GPU drivers. 

2) In Lightroom, go to Help > Sign Out. Close Lightroom > restart it, and sign back in.

3) Close all Adobe apps. Navigate to C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync and rename the folder to CoreSync_old and relaunch LrC.

4) Until this is resolved, you can try using Lightroom Web: https://adobe.ly/4p3SouR.
