Estou com problemas em algumas fotos do meu catalogo. Quando tento abrir a foto aparece a seguinte mensagem

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.

Next troubleshooting steps:

 

1. Update to LR 11.4.1.

 

2. Restart your computer.

 

3. Disable the three plugins that are enabled.  Do File > Plug-in Manager, select each plugin in turn, and in the Status panel on the right, click Disable.  Restart LR.

 

4. Try resetting LR's preferences:

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.

 

To help others, please let us know which of these steps, if any, resolved the problem.

 

Also, you have a two-year-old graphics driver (26.20.100.6911).  While that's not likely the cause of this problem, LR often has issues with older graphics drivers, so consider updating to the latest driver following these instructions:
