Erro Leitura Cache

Since yesterday I've been making mistake
Lightroom encountered an error while reading the preview cache and need to close.....

But when I open it, the same error appears.

You have a corrupted preview cache.

With the Windows File Explorer, go to the folder that contains your Lightroom catalog.

Delete the file that ends with Previews.lrdata. Do not delete anything else.

Then launch Lightroom, which will recreate the previews as you browse folders in Library.

If you keep getting this error after deleting the previews, you may a have a malfunctioning hard disk.
