error al importar en lightroom

al importar una foto en una carpeta existente, el sistema me crea una carpeta con el mismo nombre, pero fuera del arbol general, donde me mete la foto.

"a folder with the same name" sounds very much like a problem known as the "Capitalization error".

CAPITALISATION FIX (LrQueen)

If it is this problem it can only be fixed by the procedure as in the link.

Muchas gracias por su paciencia. Efectivamente el problema era un error de mayusculas y minusculas, que me ha costado encontrar. Gracias de nuevo.

Which version of Lightroom are you using, and how long has this been happening?

El error me pasa desde hace unos 3 meses.
