Error del panel de filtros

Hola comunidad! Tengo problemas para usar el Panel de filtros. Se tilda la computadora y debo reiniciarla cada vez que intento usar un filtro. Alguien podrá ayudarme?

    Hey, @Vanina27217705ii2k. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

    What version of Lightroom & the Windows OS are you working on? By filtros, do you mean the Develop module or the Presets panel?

     

    f Lightroom crashes right when you switch to the Develop module, go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it to Off if it is on Custom or Auto.
