Error displaying photos in loupe view

Hi there,

I'm a new user of Lightroom classic, and I can't get a good view of a photo in the loupe view, it just looks like the image is broken, scratched.

Could you hel me, please? What can I do?

And in preferences, in Performance, is Use Graphics Processor on? If so, try with it off.

You need to update your GPU drivers, because you do not want to keep the GPU disabled forever.

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs.
