error during import

I also just installed Lr Classic 13.0.2. It's not working properly for me. When I want to import new images and press "Import", it takes several minutes until the import window opens and I can import. I have a Windows PC, AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, 64 GB Ram, graphics cardRTX 4070 TI with Windows 11 Pro. What could be going on?

Ich habe auch gerade Lr Classic 13.0.2 installiert. Bei mir läuft es nicht einwandfrei. Wenn ich neue Bilder importieren will, und auf "Importieren" drücke, dauert es mehrere Minuten, bis sich das Importfenster öffnet und ich importieren kann. Ich habe einen Windows-PC, AMD Ryzen 9 7950X , 64 GB Ram, GrafikkarteRTX 4070 TI mit Windows 11 Pro Was kann da los sein?

    • What hard drive is your catalog located on?
    • How much free space in percent, yes % is on that hard drive? Looking for better than 20, some say 25% free..
    • What is the source for the images you are importing?
    • If that source is not connected to the computer at time of import (assuming a memory card, or smart phone, or camera) does the import screen show up quicker?
