Error in Catalog update for version 9.1

Question

After installing LR version 9.1 and updating the catalog, when I open LR an error appears with the following wording: "Cannot call C function: private_load_Utilities" and I cannot see all my pictures or do anything else. So I re-installed the previous version of LR and everything works again, but not with version 9.1. How can I fix this situation? I can't find anything on the internet.
