Error in Lightroom 6 publishing

I get the error message:

Error performing function.

Unable to complete the action.

Headers: { [error] => { [error Code] => "timed Out" [name] => "The request has expired." [native Code] => -1001

}

What does this mean?

What publish service are you using?

Are you having internet connectivity issues?

Actually, when trying to publish to my site, Lightroom goes into an "update of published collections", and after a while I get the error message. I've been using TTG Publisher for over 10 years without a problem. I have no internet connection problems.
