Error Initializing Lightroom

Question

Hola, tengo un problema al iniciar mi programa Lightroom. He revisado todos los consejos y sugerencias aquí en el foro, pero ninguno de ellos parece estar resolviendo mi problema. Realmente necesito ayuda.

Recientemente actualicé mi PC, incluida la placa base, el procesador y otros componentes. Desde entonces, no he podido iniciar Lightroom. Estas son las especificaciones de mi PC:
Procesador: AMD Ryzen 5 4600G
Placa base: ASUS PRIME A520M-A II CSM AM4
RAM: Crucial DDR4 8GB 2666MHz
Tarjeta Gráfica: ASUS

Curiosamente, Illustrator y Photoshop, así como otros programas, funcionan sin problemas. El problema parece estar aislado de Lightroom. Agradecería mucho cualquier orientación que me puedan brindar para ayudarme a resolver esta situación.

Which version of Lightroom do you have installed?

Do you get an error message? If yes, please post the message word-by-word.

Is your system up-to-date? All recent drivers, patches and updates for your operating system and hardware components (esp. graphic device) are installed?

You can try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.
