Error message #1000 "connection failed" showing on open of Lightroom and use of pixieset plugin

Everytime I open lightroom classis now and try to use my pixieset plugin I get the error code #1000 "Connection failed, please check your internet connection and try again". I have strong internet connection so this isn't the case. I am using Lightroom classic v 14.5.1 on Windows 11 and recently switched internet from spectrum to fiber, not sure if this has anything to do with it. I have removed and added the plugin several time as well. Would appreciate any insight, this has been very frustrating!!

Are you still having this issue? The same is happening to me. I've reached out to Pixieset and have been back and forth with them for over a week now trying to troubleshoot the problem to no avail. I have also reached out to my internet provider and they can't see any issue on their end. At my wits end about this now!

Since this error seems limited to the Pixieset plugin, I suggest you contact PIxieset directly about their plugin.

Hey @andreawillcox, here are some things you should try:

1. Check your Internet connection again just to make sure it is working.

2. I would try resetting your internet router.

3. And make sure everything is up to date and running on the newest versions.

Thanks for the reply! Tried all that with no luck. My Internet speed is comping back at 408 Mbps. It seems to maybe be a direct problem with my fiber optic router and the pixieset plug in. It all started happening when I got a new router.
