Error message Nil

Hi,

New to LRC. I am trying to open LRC and I keep receiving this message "?:0: attempt to index a nil value. . I'm just trying to open LRC and create a new catalog.

I just updated, didn't help. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still didn't help.

What version of LrC? (if you do not know, bring up your copy of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App, mouse hover other LrC)

 

What version/build of Windows?

 

Do you have, or ever had, a Logitech  Mouse or keyboard? (thinking plug-in)

    My husband plugged in a Logitech mouse. That was it. 

    I had support remotely assist. Thank you so much for the response.

      I couldn't even get to the plug in manager. I had support remotely fix it for me.
