Error whilst launching Lightroom Classic

I am trying to start Lightroom Classic and I am getting this error

Lightroom.exe System error The code execution cannot proceed because mfc140u.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

I have uninstalled and reinstall and still getting the same error
