Errors in the application of the new masks

Hello all,I am having problems with the new masks in Lightroom.No matter which mask I want to use (remove background, select people, sky etc.) LR doesn't recognize anything and tells me "K1 settings could not be updated".LR is currently on version 12.01.Who can help me?

Your screenshot shows that you are trying to apply a preset

Gesicht: Aufhellen

Face Brighten

And that you receive an error message

AI settings for 1 photo could not be obtained

One inquiry, the op- up message hidden behind KI-Einstellungen für 1 Foto konnten nicht
aktualisiert werden, what is that?

It does not show any mask being created.

So, I assume this occurs after creating the mask?
