Erx: Change date format setting in LrC

In LrC the date is now formatted in milliseconds (in the Dutch version dd-mm-yyyy-HH:MM:SS.msmsms) I cannot recall when this has been changed, but on 16 april this year I still had the date format in seconds on my PC. Except for the fact that it is not practical for most users, this format is neither supported in MsExcel, and thus makes the output of PlugIns like ListView difficult to use in picture data administration programs/spreadsheets.

Is there a way to format the date in LrC to custom? Time goes too fast in the multimedia world of today to bother about milliseconds other than in sports.
