esta importando fotos com predefiniçoes

O LRC ESTÁ importando fotos com preset já tirei a opção de importar com predefinição ja desistalei, estou muiito infatisfeita com o suporte pois já entrei em contato também. minha experiencia esta pessima pois sou fotografa e preciso do app

    Please provide a copy of your 'System Info', which can be obtained from the LrC Help > System Info menu item as shown in attached screenshot. Use the 'Copy' button in System Info dialog and 'Paste' into your next reply.

    Please describe your problem with much more details, maybe including a screen capture to illustrate.

    Also, include the version of your LrC (exact number, not "latest" o alike) as well as information to your system and OS.
