Every time a window opens in LR, the cursor moves to and cannot leave the 2nd screen

Every time a window opens, the cursor moves to the 2nd screen. It is very very annoying.

I will explain:

I work with 2 monitors. The 1st monitor is an Apple Display to do the editing in Lightroom. The 2nd screen is for all other apps such as Safari and Spotify. I do the editing with a Wacom Intuos tablet and pen. I have set the 1st monitor as ONLY screen on which the pen works. So the pen will not go from monitor 1 to 2 when moving the pen all the way to the edge.

But as soon as I want to export settings or export images, and the settings window pops up, the cursor moves to the 2nd monitor and stays there. I can move the mouse on both screens, but the pen now is only working on the 2nd monitor. Very annoying because now I need to lookup the tablet settings in MacOs and reset the working monitor to the 1st monitor.

Then as soon as I continue to work and export some edit settings from 1 photo to another, the copy settings window pops up and the cursor moves to the 2nd screen.

Why is Lightroom changing the cursor settings to the 2nd screen whenever a window in Lightroom pops up?
