Export delayed by several minutes (v14.0.1)

When exporting files, the export process seems to take a long time - sometimes up to 10 minutes - to actually start exporting.

I've found Lightroom in general to be running really slowly since the upgrade, so don't know if this is part of a wider performance issue.

That's definitely not normal behavior. It's hard to tell what might be wrong though from your description. Try with a fresh catalog whether you also get a delay.
