Your 'Export' Presets can all be found if a sub-folder of {Lightroom}

Simply copy them with the File Browser- Paste them where you want, but remember many may be specific for the folder system of the computer where they are working!.

Example- in Windows, my Export Presets are here-

C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Export Presets\User Presets

Find your {Lightroom} folder from the Preferences / Presets Tab:

There's no "export" command per se, but you can copy the .lrtemplate file that stores the preset.  Go to the Export window, right-click the desired preset and do Show In Finder / Explorer. Copy the selected .lrtemplate file.
