Export fidelity in LR Classic CC 7.1

Is it possible to export jpegs from Lightroom Classic with copyright & contact info only but also retain original capture date/time?

I would like to NOT have keywords written to the jpeg, but find that removing keywords also removes original capture date/time.

Appreciative of any help.

Unfortunately, that's not possible with the built-in export features:

However, the Metadata Wrangler plugin provides that capability.
