Good evening!

I´m using LR for more then 3 years and smug mug for two years. But yesterday I could´t move a gallery from LR to smug mug. And have no idea why, i looked at all photos if there is any lock, gave different names to the gallery and , at the same time, moved other galleries to smug mug- only that special one does´t work??

If there is some help out there, let me know-THANKX

    Give us the details.

yesterday I could´t move a gallery from LR to smug mug.

Exactly what steps are you following? Please describe in detail, using the Lightroom name of each of the steps. Leave nothing out.

Also describe what happens. In detail.

Please state your version NUMBER of your operating system. I do not want words like "up-to-date".

    LR 6.4

OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6

    Steps:

    1. creat a new gallery in“ Veröffentlichungsdienste"/smugmug

    2. go to „ Sammlungen“, choose a Gallery and move all fotos of this gallery( cmd A) to the smug gallery

3.go to Veröffentlichungsdienst/ smugmug, click on the gallery and click „ veröffentlichen“ on the upper right corner.

„ Failed to create an album on smug mug“ appears

Thanks for your help so far!!!
