Exporting gallery from LR 6.4 to smug mug does´t work

LR 6.4

OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6

Steps:

1. creat a new gallery in“ Veröffentlichungsdienste"/smugmug

2. go to „ Sammlungen“, choose a Gallery and move all fotos of this gallery( cmd A) to the smug gallery

3.go to Veröffentlichungsdienst/ smugmug, click on the gallery and click „ veröffentlichen“ on the upper right corner.

„ Failed to create an album on smug mug“ appears

yesterday I could´t move a gallery from LR to smug mug.

Exactly what steps are you following? Please describe in detail, using the Lightroom name of each of the steps. Leave nothing out.

Also describe what happens. In detail.

Please state your version NUMBER of Lightroom (go to Help->System Info). I do not want words like "most recent version".

Please state your version NUMBER of your operating system. I do not want words like "up-to-date".
