Exporting images is a lot faster than LR states

I have this weird thing going on when I export my photos. The export is actually super fast cause of my Threadripper 2950X processor. So my photos are all there (readable and everything), in the folder I pointed Lightroom to BUT Lightroom still says it's exporting. And the difference is actually huge, when an export is done, usually LR says its at 10%... I usually just cancel in LR. Anyone an idea why this is? It's kinda annoying.
