Hi.  I am using Lightroom Classic 15.01 on a Mac mini, and this issue has only just started happening.  I have a number of attached drives.  On importing I can see them all, and I can create new folders on them, so Lightroom knows they are there and can access them.  When I come to export photo's I now can only export to my hard drive.  I have only just noticed this and it has not been an issue in the past.  I dont believe that I have made any configuration changes.

Hi

Suddenly identified the issue.  For some reason my normal default storage location had been ignored (maybe in the last upgrade).  All I needed to do was select hard drive/Specific location and then select my default.  This then comes up each time I want to export and all I need to is add a new folder to the default location.

How do you export? By using a preset? If you export and you do not use a preset that has a fixed destination, then you should get the standard 'Save as' dialog from MacOS. That dialog allows you to select any drive that is connected to the Mac.

Please show us a screen capture of what you see in the Export dialog box when you can't export to the external HD. Please use the "Insert Photos" icon to include your screen capture in your reply.
