External edit naming issue: no orig number suffix!

Hi!

When I go to edit from LR to PS (right click-edit in..), after saving and coming back, LR doesn't name correctly my files, even if I set original filename AND orig number suffix again (must be twice, otherwise no orig filenumber suffix when export), the 2nd number is missing right now! Before it was no problem. The template shows, that I set the orig number twice, but the filename doesn't look like this! I tried a few variations...:-(

Any suggestions or this is an update bug?
