External plug ins load very slowly from LRC

Hi. I'm using LRC 13.4. I have notice recently that when I launch a plug in like Topaz Photo AI or Nix 7 Silver Efex from LRC, it takes a very long time to load. Any thoughts why this would be?

I'm running on a Windows with intel i9 core, 32 gigs of ram, a Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 and an Intel UHD Graphics 770. Both cards have the latest drivers.

In the Library Module, looking at the Folders Panel. Do you have any folders indicating issues. Specifically missing. (? mark). (Even if the photos your are attempting to use in an external editor are not in missing folders)

Getting at a catalog with file structure issues.

Where are the original photos stored?

Hard drive connected to computer, be it internal or external (normal, correct)
NAS (can work, but not advised)
Other Network Share (ditto)
CLOUD (Bad, very bad, often fails, some cloud services worse than others)
