Hi, I'm a Lightroom beginner, I must have changed a folder, extracted it, deleted it, I really don't know, does anyone know of an option like Jeffrey's “Extract Cached Image Previews” Lightroom Plugin for MAC? Adobe's own website indicates the Jeffrey plugin, as if it worked for Mac, but unfortunately there is no option for our Apple computers. Can anyone recommend something to me? Thanks
Ola, sou novo no Lightroom, devo ter alterado uma pasta, extraído, deletado, realmente não sei, alguém conhece uma opção como o plug-in Lightroom “Extract Cached Image Previews” do Jeffrey para MAC?

I think Friedl's plugin will save catalog metadata in the extracted previews, unlike the Adobe script.

If your photos aren't in the Trash and you don't have a backup containing them, then the Extract Cached Image Previews will indeed run on Mac.

"This plugin works in Lightroom Classic, and older versions as far back as Lightroom 4.

The same download works for both Windows and Mac."

Did you try installing it following the directions? If you get stuck, indicated exactly where in the directions you get stuck and provide details about what you see.

Have you checked for the folder in the Mac Trash?
