Extreme color change going from Library to Develop mode

Hi community!

I'm a hobby photographer and I have a really basic knowledge of Lightroom (I just do simple editing). This happened today and I have no clue what's going on. Can anyone help?

These few headshots I did for a friend's website are doing strange things when I try to move over into Develop mode. The look fine in Library mode. What's your best guess? 

Pay attention to the right of her head (it's the hanging lights behind her).
