I have checked my internet settings, tried to set up a new email to try and fix the problem, and I can't get pas this. I'm currently using my live.ca email. I don't know what else to do.
From the error it looks like LrC wasn't able to connect to your email provider's server. Please check the credentials used in LrC. If you are using app passwords for your live.ca email, please check if it is still valid. You can check in your email's manage account settings on outlook.com
