failure to install LrC

I just purchased a new Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge PC equipped with Windows 11 Home, version 24H2. I installed Creative Cloud, but, despite having a "photography" subscription, the LR Classic app is not present on the desktop (LR and PS are regularly present). With Adobe assistance we tried to install LrC from a dedicated link, but there seems to be a problem with the O.S. version. We also tried to activate remote control, but even then an unsupported OS problem arose.Please could anyone help me?

Supposedly to be released in the Fall. So an early use at this point. Odd that a new computer would already have that Windows version.

Perhaps the version of Windows 11 24H2 was pre-release version or beta version. The production release has a build number of 10.0.26100. Is that what you have? Or are there additional digits, such as 10.0.26100.1100 ?
