Failure to send images from LRC to PS

This problem has appeared again after Adobe helped me to fix it a short while ago.  I think we uninstalled my LRC  v. 13.0.1 and reinstalled it and the transfers to PS were fixed.  However, I would need some hand holding to do this on my own now (Adobe closed today, Sunday post Thanksgiving). Any takers ? I have a time problem and any help today would be really appreciated.  PS v. 24.7  Windows 10
