So it is a Microsoft problem. Who knows if it will ever be fixed! TBMK A Lightroom update is not going to fix it.
Just never use File Explorer to look at file details-Use the LrC Library /metadata, or even Adobe Bridge if you just want to peruse info like image dimensions.
After applying the new DeNoise Filter, the wrong size is displayed in Windows Explorer for the resulting DNG?! why?
See Appendix... The DNG actually has about 24 megap. I'm afraid that's the embedded preview JPG that's displayed there?!
The DNG from Denoise is much larger than your original because it is Linear DNG* so it should be 3X larger than the original. Plus an original copy is embedded into that new DNG. So if you are asking about the size of the document on the drive, that's to be expected.
Google translation: "Wrong pixel mass after denoise application at dng. after using the new denoise filter, the wrong size is displayed in windows explorer for the resulting DNG?! Why? see attachment... the dng actually has about 24 megap. fear that is the embedded preview jpg that is displayed there?!"
It's a bug in Windows File Explorer, not LR. You can see the correct dimensions in LR's Metadata panel or Mac's Finder.
