Katalog angelgt,

Bilder im jpg und heic-Format wurden importiert.

Videos konnten nicht importiert werden (mov-Format)

Hey, @eckeseuro. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

Does this happen when working on a specific set of images, or images stored in a specific location?

Where are the catalog and the raw images stored? Please try to deduce the conditions or numbered steps that can help us recreate this.

For now, do the following steps:

1 - Create a new catalog by holding the ALT/Opt key at the launch of Lightroom Classic, or go to File > New Catalog.

2 - Import a few sets of images and check if Sync works.
