File coming back from DeNoise appear corrupt / unreadable

Running LrC 9.4 and just installed Topaz DeNoise 2.2.8 update. After sending image to Denoise (Edit in), make adjustments, accept the changes, and TIF returned to LR, however LR we report the file as unsupported or damaged...and noice corrections are not reflected. 

Anyone experiencing issues with latest version of DeNoise?  Any ideas?
