File management, import issues with LRC V13 [MAC]

I'm in the process of trying to sort out terabites worth of files (Stored on lightning fast NVME2 drives), and upgraded to LCR V13. What a mistake that was. 12.5 was working fine, should have stuck with it.

BUG REPORT:

LrC versions 13.0, 13.0.1
HARDWARE: 2020 MBP13" i7, 32GB, 2TB, Sonoma 14.0 + 4TB NVME2.0 SSD [USB4 Cable]

Issues:

  • Importing/Progress bar while moving files is constantly hanging, despite seemingly completing the task. Quitting the hung task will bring up any file movement/import errors, which seems to be why the task is getting stuck. [Devs need to investigate the launch of import error dialog box]

  • When the import/progress bar is 'working' it is CLEARLY not functioning in the same manner as 12.5 (which was running fine on Sonoma) and seems to very quickly jump to the roughly half-way mark, and then slowly progresses from there. The LrC Application Icon progress bar in the MacOS Dock is also not correlating to the progress showing in LrC.
  • After importing, the "Previous Import" collection shows 0 files. Sometimes the filmstrip will show files, but this is unreliable.

  • After moving files, source folder photo counts are utterly broken. Counts do not seem to be updating and it doesn't simply seem to be 'slow'. It's miscalculating, showing photo counts on empty folders after moving files, showing negative digits.

  • Less common issue I have experienced: When opening the import Dialog, folders are not properly displaying under the root source name. Ie, pressing on "Macintosh HD" shows no subfolders. This seemingly will clear after relaunching... again, inconsistent.

NOTE: Most issues will be 'fixed' by optimising my catalog but it is unbearable having to re-optimise after any movement of files.

Issues have been noticed and repetitively recreated in both versions 13.0, 13.0.1
Can't go back to 12.5 due to my Catalog upgrading to V13.
